Lost in translation scene differences

The first scene that I spotted some difference between the script and the actual scene is the part where Bob has just arrived in Japan and its night time so he goes to the bar and gets a drink. He is then encounter by some fans that say they love his movies. In the movie the scene is longer that what the script says. In the script, the conversations is four short sentences and then a head nod. In the movie however it is a little longer. They say their favorite part of the movie they are talking about and ask him a question. This is not found in the script.

The second scene that I spotted some differences is the scene with the prostitute that Mr. Kazuzo allegedly sent to Bobs room. In the movie the scene is long and towards the end there is a long struggle between Bob and the prostitute, where he is trying to escape from her. In the script the commotion is only three actually spoken line. In the movie though the lady acts like bob is forcing her to for a solid minute or two.

The third scene that I spotted some differences is when Charlotte is eating and talking with her husband and Kelly the actress. She then excuses her self from the dinner and walk to bob. They have a decent conversation that involves jokingly escaping from the city and the country. However in the script the conversation only extends two lines and says nothing about that. It is a short exchange and she goes on her way. I think the movie did a better job because it is the second encounter of these two talking and its more in depth showing that their relationship is getting stronger.
